We must all be responsible stewards of our natural surroundings and we remind all outdoor fire ring users of the following good practices:
1. Never leave a fire unattended.
2. Be sure to have water and a shovel available nearby.
3. Always put out a campfire completely before leaving it. Embers could pop out of the cut outs, but they also can pop out over the ring.
4. Concientious management following the above guidelines with any open fire outdoors is required.
